Apricot Topaz Bracelet

~ This bracelet is heavy! And the stones have been hand cut with perfect precision into crisp facets that throw light in differing shades of apricot. I know, that's not an official stone color, but these are hard to describe. Their color seems to change, depending on how the light hits them. Sometimes they look more like topaz, and then they shift to a rosy, almost peach-like hue. It was devilish to photograph this bracelet, but the "mood swings" of these stones are part of its allure.

~ The silver tone setting is ornate, with elaborate scrollwork on all 4 sides of each stone, including touches of gold-plated accents. Each large stone is held by 4 prongs at the corners. And I don't know if you can see this in the photos, but the way these nuggets have been cut, they have the refracted shadow that forms an "X" within them, so that the prongs accentuate these crosses, like adding punctuation at the end of a sentence. Magnificent!

~ The bracelet measures 7.7" long and .4" wide.
