Marcel Boucher Bird of Paradise Brooch

NWS 1-1353

~ Isn't she magnificent?! Every tiny feather has been engraved into the goldtone metal, down to the smallest detail.

~ She sits on a branch that is laden with leaves, flowers and berries, depicted in pale green and pale pink, faceted crystals. Even the wood of the branch is engraved to show the bark.

~ Her breast is covered in pavé-set, faceted, faux diamonds, while her magnificent crown contains faux diamonds, as well as faux rubies, faux sapphires, citrines, and pale pink stones.

~  Her long tail feathers are also decorated with larger, pavé-set, faux diamonds. These clear crystals have all been set into rhodium plated metal, to set the stones off in a gleaming, brilliant background.

~ One large coral cabochon depicts her eye.

~ This magnificent bird measure a whopping 4" high and 2.25"  wide.

~ Signed on the reverse "©BOUCHER"
