Important Purchase Agreement

Layaway

If you'd like to purchase an item or items on Layaway, please e-mail me your full name, home address, and phone number with your request, along with the item number(s) of the items you wish to purchase. I will then e-mail you an  invoice.

If you wish to place an item on Layaway, you can pay with a personal check or by PayPal.com. We do not accept money orders or bank checks. Checks are to be put in the mail on the same day or within 24 hours. We must receive your payment within 7 days, or the item will be placed for sale again.

Items may be placed on Layaway by paying 1/3 of the purchase price now, and then paying 1/3 in 30 days and 1/3 in 60 days. Please do not ask for Layaway if you are not ready to start paying for it right away.

No interest charges are incurred over the 60 day period.

Shipping is however added to your final 1/3rd payment. I will e-mail you a final invoice for your final 1/3rd payment plus the shipping/insurance charges.

Terms of lay-away: If you are using a credit card, 1/3 of the payment can be charged on your card today, the 2nd one in 30 days from today, and the 3rd payment in 60 days from today.

When payment is received, a hold will be placed on the item. If a payment is not received within 7 days, the item(s) will be placed for sale again.

IMPORTANT: If an item is partially paid for, and the 2nd or 3rd payment is not received within 10 days of due date, the money paid will be forfeited, and the item or items will be put back up for sale.

And once you start a layaway, you cannot apply the money you have paid to something else.

No returns or exchanges on Layaway.
