~ 5 black, square, faceted crystals, shaped like pyramids, create strong focal points to balance the design and add a little punch; these black stones are bezel set - no prongs to compete for your eye - in thickly plated rhodium metal, for perpetual brilliance

~ These black stones are slightly raised above the rest of the bracelet, giving it an interesting architecture; if you place the bracelet on a table and look from the side, you'll see that these black stones are about3/8" above the surface. Not flat, not boring!

~ Do you see the dark, half moon shapes above and below each black crystal? Those half moons are actually cut-outs - you're looking at the black background beneath the bracelet. This gives an air of lightness and grace to the pattern

~ The rest is just clear, faceted crystals, crystals, crystals, pavé-set into 6  links, like open fans sweeping in gentle arcs; all stones are in perfect condition, no yellowing or darkening
